Looks to me as though the board are embedding a fit for purpose senior leadership team that can transform this company to the next level.
Interesting to see human behaviour unveiled here and how the nay sayers can have an ill-informed “rats jumping ship” mind set, whereas they’re completely ignoring the quality of the new team they are forming.
in my humble opinion (remember I post for fun), is that a successful company requires a quality plan with details and proven strategies to drive a profitable business model and concurrently a high quality staff to implement the plan. Both of these appear to be playing out, but don’t let a good old fashion down ramp get in the way of a good story.
DYOR, and buying on the dips (like today) seemingly a good approach. Some decent volume continues to be the theme here.
