    Agree! It's an upgrade of between 25 and 40.84 per cent, depending on how the figures pan out. Tremendous, but the institutions or individuals who bought in and pushed the price up to above A$1.00 aren't altruists so they must have put two and two together, as I did, having increased my holding when the price was just under A$0.80.

    While we don't trade on others' misery, efficient capitalism sees enterprises commencing and other failing constantly.

    Hopefully LAU can find a suitable individual to replace family CEO Mr Kim Lindsay.

    The biggest risk is consumers snapping wallets shut and purchasing fewer items, even of items like fruit and vegetables. So far, this doesn't seem to be occurring if media is credible, but we're by no means out of the woods with multiple further interest rate rises and continuing high inflation likely. I don't believe the real estate sector that claims housing prices in cities like Melbourne are increasing again, as there's been a dramatic fall in transaction volumes.
