will come through this recession as a stronger and savvier beast - builders can often get shafted on construction contracts if they don't put in the proper protections - still maybe they can recover some of it.
no divvy doesn't phase me much - better to boot debt which has always been an overhang with this stock. will be buying if it falls below 30c - give it a year or two and this will be a bargain!
