The inactivity ,huge cash burn , a failed Eap and licensing failures did it for me.
That an the ineffectiveness of the new directors.
Death spiral or not they will run out of cash and and potential licensee will draw out a deal knowing management will get more desperate....assuming there is anyone even interested.
