Another announcement with transparency problem.
"The proposed study will....." therefore to me proposed doesn't sound it is in place.
Then it goes on and say if and when the study will start it will take 24 weeks approx 6 months
which in terms of $$$ means minimum another half year of secured salary for Diamond.
