    Whilst never happy to see a decline in the SP, SHV has always been fairly closely held, depth has nearly always been pretty thin (very often a total depth of 20,000 on buy side), so if someone or some people need to sell then the SP can dip pretty rapidly. On the flip side whenever I pick up SHV shares I have nearly always waited and had my buy orders sit below the current price for a week or two before being filled. Intelligent Investor recently had SHV as a sell so may still be some of their subscribers selling out.

    Otherwise great company, they have:
    * PE around 9, makes it under priced, especially for a company that should see growth in the coming years
    * Dividends will probably end up being better than +5% (Final for SHV is normally higher than interim)
    * Water allocations, best for years
    * Management contracts all signed up for the next 3+ years
    * Own orchids
    * Maturing trees increasing yields
    * Saved $25 mil on not buying orchid (more effective use of shareholder funds)

    Next milestone I'm looking to is the US almond crop estimates due early May
