I think the market got wind that it's going to announce downgrade of results...but not sure of the magnitude, however, if you do a basic ratio conversion, the company will still get roughly $40M net profit for the year. This is an undemanding PER of 11.25 as compared to the broader average PER of ~15 for Retail sector. So, it may even be that the market had over-estimated the impact of tough retail conditions on RCG.
