I have a large and long term holding also, but I am worried...

I have a large and long term holding also, but I am worried about the outlook as outlined by the company - it's not positive enough given the results over the last few years. There is no concrete profit guidance in their recent company report. It is now trading in a tight band with intraday breaks of this band. If it breaks this band I will sell all of my holdings. I will let the price dictate my position now.
