If you don't have the patience to wait for regulatory approval then sell and move on. Making outlandsih claims on HC without even bothering to contact the company to clarify is pathetic. You are either trying to create fear among other shareholders or you are genuienly an idiot who needs validation from an online forum.

Genuine investors are happy to wait as they understand the improtance of regulatory approval and recognisie the timeframes are largely out of the company's control at this point. Either contribute some genuine resreached information or jog on with your speculation.
