First of all...what debacle? Has there been a debacle as yet? I haven't seen one. A company has been engaged to do some design work for RAP. So far they are just engaged....they have not run off with the money and regardless of who it is that is doing it….until there is a debacle...then there isn't one. As I stated earlier, I am not surprised that he called upon someone within his network....everyone does it. If you know a plumber at the pub well and you burst a pipe...do you go and get 3 quotes while the house floods...or ring him? Simple stuff if you think about it.

As for TK. A lot of start up companies on the ASX make the crucial mistake of rewarding their founders from day 1. Big wages and expense accounts and constantly awarding shares every year without consideration of performance at all. It is a free for all. Everyone on HC has seen these life style companies come and go. I have been bitten by them as well. Hell everyone has.

TK gets a good lot of shares coming to him based upon milestones, yes just handed to him but he has had to wait for success the same time as us and He has sat at the head through thick and thin and also as I stated earlier....kept the ship running lean and tight and hasn't wasted any money with stupid gratuitous acts or pay rises.

He is in the same boat as us and has more reason than anyone to see the company progress and do well....unlike so many CEO's and BOD's on penny stocks on the ASX. So many other companies just hand themselves whatever they want and to hell with the shareholders. TK hasn't done that...he is still gathering the talent he needs to progress, he is on the hustings looking forward for deals for when approvals are in place. He is at least trying to put the company first as its head and one of the founders.

While the buck stops with the CEO when things go awry, there are some things he just can't control. The first clinical trial (the terrible awful) results were as shocking to him as they were to all of us....could it have been avoided? In hindsight which is 20/20 of course it could....but when you are living it and in the moment...hindsight is not a part of the picture. So mistakes can happen. Assumptions made and didn't work out. Bad stuff happens to the best intended people.

Did he bail after that? Did FIL bail after that? Did the Top 20 bail? No...they stuck because they could see he was willing to wear it on the chin and dust it off and try again. If he hadn't...Everyone would have bailed and the SP would be 1 cent with little prospects. Lucky for us he was so frugal with our money and could afford to re-do the trials.

As I said earlier, this current situation, the waiting period, is completely out of his hands and he is waiting alongside us for news. News that I am sure he is itching to deliver because he values shareholders and I know this because he is always willing and obliging to take calls and emails from shareholders. He isn't running off and hiding behind the door with his name on it like so many others do.

The SP is doing fine...in a holding pattern while we wait for news. The company has brought on very good people as advisors and mentors within Telehealth. Our big insto is still there. We have plenty of money in the bank to progress the vision. We could be in a far worse position than this...as many of the penny stocks end up in.

Retail holders can jitter all they want....it makes not a lick of difference and maybe they need to slam TK or the company to feel better or something....but personally I just don't see why as there are much worse company heads out there to worry about.

I am always amazed at how people on HC can get laser beam focussed on a detail and project either positively or negatively against it when it actual fact that are looking at a pixel of the big picture. I am utterly sure there is far more happening within the company at ground zero than we know or understand.....so why get hung up on a detail?

As an old time HC poster used to say....We Await.

fair enough, just venting my feelings, you are right on a few points. At the end of the day........! BL on the other hand....a very good look imo. As I said, I have great faith that we are on a winner .
