Sorry to bother you again, but there is quite a degree of disquiet on Hotcopper about your UK Partner Avanti Med. It seems that this company was registered in May 2019 and therefore any due diligence by Resapp in choosing this company has been bought into question. As an aside, their website also poses questions, as it provides no information whatsoever.

Are you able to explain Resapps decision re Avanti?
