There is a Dispute between the Union and UGL (Esso subby) at the moment. Its about pay and conditions. Esso trying to drive down costs.
How is it logical or an Australian far go, that 5 people in WA can sign a enterprise bargaining agreement which forces a 30% pay cut to 200 people in Gippsland that are 3700 kms away.
And 20 years later it hasn't changed. Esso are still cutting...
