I hope your predictions are as good as your punctuation Hokey, but I do see the logic of where you are coming from. In the end a MOU extension doesn't create a firm commitment on the part of CAT, but at least they are not totally bailing either.
Yes I also think the Company could have done without the multiple TH announcements.
