Lee was previously chairman of DVR, back when it was called Easton. I don't really see his views as independent. Perhaps he should also disclose if his fund has a CUP holding
COG could raise $10m in 10 minutes. As for COG wanting due diligence, isn't that what happens in 90% of takeover bids? lol
In any case where they DVR and Armytage are completely missing the point, even if the COG bid doesn't get up, you use it for leverage to get a better deal from CUP. I can't believe they don't seem to get that point
