So, let me see here....
My board of directors, whose fees I pay in order for them to look after my interests... those people "unanimously recommend" I accept an offer of $1.14 for my shares.
And then, a mere few weeks later, someone comes along and offers me $1.40.
Feels like my directors are on the side of people other than the folk who are the owners of DVR.
