there is nothing wrong in waiting for your 'target share price' before entering.
Worst case, it doesn't hit and you lost an opportunity. But your capital is still in your pocket!!!
I still don't think we are out of the woods to speak, lets see how everything evolves over time.
I have my 1st position, I am patient.
Worst case, I don't get to increase my position.
