Thinking about that, they most likely see Quindell's PSD as commodity business with a huge cost advantage due to efficiency, in that case brand name is not as important. Insurance is such a business. People go for the cheapest one. Quindell's PSD is in that field, maybe suing insurance companies, but at least in the same market of helping people make claims.
