Agreed, the EBITDA multiple is around 3x with $40 odd million normalised EBITDA. That's absurdly low.
But cutting dividends is an absolute no-no in our dividend obsessed market, and that has added to the other obvious woes around legal industry sentiment, overly aggressive revenue recognition in this sector etc
