The only thing you've highlighted is that SHJ has been focusing on growth. I believe that if management are more prudent they'll ensure that they grow in moderation so as to not repeat the fiasco that is SGH.
By the way, on these figures I'd estimate that SHJ is worth around $1.50 this year and $2.50 the next at a fairly reasonable/low P/E of 12. Average P/E at the moment on the ASX is around 16.
