I think there are a number of factors that should be taken into accounts,
- Are other companies good to compare with? QAN (Airline) BHP (Mining) ACR (Bio) WOW (Retailer)...
SHJ, has been acquiring new business, there were investing cash outflow, also Growing WIP.
The PI industry is quite different as they usually take longer time to receive cash for their jobs done/revenue conversion.
Besides fundamentals, behavor finance/trading activities are also very important at current stock market.
