I never heard of Shine previously, not a qld, but heavily reply on one section of law suits is a big risk to company future earning anyway?
I guess if two partners don't hold some 40% of the company, share price today would be half of what it is?
if you distrust those forward earnings over life of PI and treated as write off, current market cap plus debts probably = 8 or 9 x earnings not 5.
then one day those two partners might decide what they said "foreseeable future" means now, that's the hidden bomb.
