At such a low PE no it probably does not change the final answer and i personally think SHJ is a solid buy at the moment - DYOR of course. However at more normal prices it is a different story. It is worth estimating intrinsic value regardless of whether we think we're currently well below it or not.
The reason Disagree's point was interesting is because timing of cashflows may have a material impact on results when calculated using a long term timeline (say 10-20 years).
At such a low PE no it probably does not change the final answer...
