Given the wider market gains IMA has been left behind, not sure when management have spoken about a dividend possibility for so long they just don’t announce it immediately with the debt now paid.... even if it was with a delayed record date and payment it would encourage some accumulation and would attract a new style investor. Holding it up won’t help sp any.
