Are you saying these guys with deep pockets don't know what they're doing?...I know money doesn't buy sense and that some people with money are 5 cans short of a six pack but for instance throwing a 3 million share sell order on top of 9 million other shares @ .021 is not smart unless you're trying to push the price down.....but honestly regardless of their intentions they are clearly capping the price this morning whether they are too stupid to realise it or not
