Agree. As a general rule, brokers set their price target using the following formula:
Share price +/- 20%
The +/-20% is worked out using a confused state of fundamental analysis, technical analysis, tea leaves and "what felt right at the time."
They have little to no predictive value and you can't sue them for getting it wrong.
