Aside from the whole court case being laughable in its current state, what is more laughable is those who suggested BRL are going to need to do a capital raising to help pay the $40m... looks like BRL could pay for this in less than a year out of operating cash flows no problem... I think some even went as far as to say this is why the RCPS were converted so fast so everyone could exit before another capital raise (??? where does this stuff even come from???)

What makes this whole trading at 4 or less EBIDTA ratio even more amazing is the 'cheap' Escarpment development opportunity all while BRL having no debt.
