    I find it hard to identify a clear focus for SGN based on this, and not convinced that detailed "strategic reviews" are the answer in general for struggling businesses.

    One thing mentioned is changing the definition of the bank covenants! To ensure you don't become overleveraged, don't reduce debt, just change the definition of being overdebted.
