i am expecting big players (more than ON) to come together and agree on funding the plant.
They supply us the raw materials , we supply them the concentrate. ITS SIMPLE
it will save each one of them the cost of setting up a plant which may or may not prove to work.
IGGY KNOWS IT. He Has proven record of the most efficient plant. He Can do what they cant do.
