it looks like the reversal is to do with the contingent consideration, which is the retention/earn out payment when they do acquisitions. in their directors report they have already explained they it's because the vendor didn't achieve the targets required for the earn out hence its no longer payable and was reversed. they also have excluded it when disclosing their underlying numbers
