looking at NPAT attributable to shareholders at FY2022 CUP makes as much money as KPG but market cap is 1/3 KPG. CUP is net cash, KPG appears relatively highly geared with $37M interest bearing debt.
At a fundamental level, the difference in valuation does not make sense.
