As both shareholders and users, very happy with this report. Generally with cloud accounting software you're with your service provider for life.
My accountant had a special offer from QB a year or so back. $30 a year for life for about 10 clients. QB exported out Xero data at no cost so all our records were there as well. But with QB the bank feeds used to only update at about 2pm in the afternoon (probably done at a certain time in the US).
And trying QB out in parallel for 3 to 6 months, the cost of paying someone $25 to $30 hr to do this was just too much. So we handed out QB $30 a year offer back.
