I doubt anything specific is happening - DTL has been lagging behind a number of other stocks exposed the data/network sector.
IMHO this is just a bit of catch-up as the smart money has been flowing strongly into this sector and buyers are constantly scanning for something that possibly offers better value compared to others that have already had a very strong run.
Not attempting to cross promote, but next cab off the rank may be IFT - has not run hard enough considering it's exposure to the DC market.
