Mr Gregg was appointed CEO of Primary in September 2015 just months ahead of the death of the company's founder Edmund Bateman. Was Mr Gregg a business associate of the Batemans?
Edmund Bateman held a 35% stake in Vision Eye (ASX code VEI) before they were purchased by Jangho group. Lots of coincidence.
