they are waiting for some positive news (hopefully a new potential funder) before allowing the shares to trade. no idea how long they are allowed to keep it suspendedz
but the longer it is suspended the better if there is a planned capital raise (which I assume there is cause otherwise they would let it trade).
anyone with doubts - Noble could take ownership of the mine at any time if they thought it wasn't going ahead. they keep funding us, so the dream is still well and truly alive.
