this deal requires approval by 3 big entities, 3 sets of lawyers, 3 sets of committed and boards and multiple agendas. Each amendment needs approval by multiple parties. Add covid-19 into the mix and there are bound to be delays for logistic reasons. How many of you transitioned you Zoom meetings and Microsoft Teams seamlessly?
