Just wondering how South 32 is achieving setting up South Africa Energy Coal SAEC as a stand- alone business ... apparently intends to establish SAEC as a stand-alone business and broaden ownership of SAEC. They say "this will present opportunities for Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment entities, employees and communities, and could lead to a listing of SAEC on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange."
