Yep, talk about royally screwing up the announcement. I'm sure it was just an oversight but my 12yo son could have written it better.

Judging by the market reaction, I'd say some mistook the $50m working capital to mean a highly dilutive capital raising in the near term. This isn't the case. As Fancy points out, it's 18 months from financial close (circa March 2021) and will be via debt as opposed to equity.
