l guess one small benefit of the deferred margin of 35 mil is that they dont have to pay that until loan fully paid off, which means they could sit on a small residual loan for years and avoid having to pay that 35 mil, or whatever it accrues to. l think the maturity is 2039......ha,ha
they can sell below par but as long as it does not disadvantage the holders otherwise they have to go to a vote.
