According Commsec trade history from 03/02/25 till 07/03/25 approximately
40 Mil shares have been transacted. Hard to know who are the sellers ??
Most SHs think that must be Dato, we need confirmation for that. Let the Ontario Securities Commission and the Board do their works to clarify this.
If it's Dato, I don't see too much damage to BEZ. I hope he sells the rest of 80M+ shares and we can have a new lead for this fantastic asset.
MC = 11.63M
Cash at Bank 31/12/24 = 23M
Resources = JORC reserve of 3.3 M ozs
Unbelievable undervaluation !
The most important event is the Renewal of ML05/2012/1D; and hopefully will happen by the end of the Month.
As for the Board Changes. I strongly urge the 3 directors messrs Jon Morda, Kenny Lee and Mike Higginson to stay for better continuity of the Company. They have performed their duties diligently, when Dato trying to run the Company as though of his own private company, these guys put their feet down and going to take him out. Especially Mike has been working like mad trying to sort out these mess. Adding 2 more experienced
directors with mining background would be great.
