There are lots of different ways to do this. Enough to fill thousands of books and countless hours of study and even still this doesn't guarantee the result will be right...but my favourite method goes like this:

If a stock was at $8 and it's now at 13c that means that it will go back up 61x to get back to $8. All that needs to happen is for the short sellers who spread fear and fiction to stop posting on HC and the rocket ship can take off.
