Jim, I think a lot of the advertising spend has been planned for as part of the overall restructuring. Customers will come and go and have choice in the marketplace. I'm not convinced it's a last minute effort because billboard advertising is generally for a limited time and there is a queue of clients trying to get their name on the signage.
