You glass is half-full, you say? Financial markets are a dangerous place for optimists!

I'm not familiar with your personal circumstances sir (nor the pros and cons of this stock), but I would respectfully suggest, if your investment decisions are based on hope and an innate sense that 'things will probably turn out alright', you may ultimately profit or squander capital on this trade (I hope the former), but regardless of what transpires the determining factor will be blind chance rather than skill or good judgment.

Roll the dice as you will, but it is disingenuous to portray this whimsical punt as any sort of calculated investment decision

It is really a waste of time to read for you are so one sided that there is no reality in your post. Pure ‘fear and fiction’.

Instead of spending all that time trying to get the share price down why don’t you just get out and get some fresh air?

What do I get for $0.125?

- A company who is currently negotiating a new deal with its lender for a sustainable successful future

- A company who has almost completed major restructuring and performance improvement plans paid for out of its own cash flows (what will that do to our performance and cash flow once the improvements are completed and embedded? Remember the one-off expenses also will be gone)

- A company with increased capacity and reduced costs going into the future. What will that do for our future earnings?

- Competitive advantage and economies of scale comes to mind

Nobody knows what our new debt is going to be. We know that we will have a solvent structure as per announcement.

If anyone tries to pretend on HC that they know the outcome of all this and the future of SGH they are blatantly lying. Spreading fear and fiction to be exact to suit their own self-interest.

The SGH share price is at the moment very low. It has been through almost two years of constant downramping from enemies of SGH.

Despite this SGH is still here and still will be going into the future.

Big risk still to invest in this company but on the other side of the equation is the opportunities for increased revenues and increased future earnings when all the trouble is laid behind.

I am excited to be part of this and the UK adventure may still turn good.
