I think the point is that a positive but less than statistically significant Phase 3 result may be accepted by the FDA.
But IMO the FDA won't be impressed by efficacy on healthy subjects, or by an inconclusive Phase 2.
So no, not enough for approval.
But it's a step in the right direction.
BTW the XanADu efficacy details haven't been announced. So there must be something to hide.
