    regarding the increase in staff costs not sure what proportion but I am aware from previous questions to the company during the last qtr on their segment marketing approach that:

    1) they planned on adding at least 2 dedicated social media marketing resources.

    The US side of the partnership does a much better job at the moment of using well followed lifestyle influencers to promote Zoleo, like this post below from 2 days ago (48k followers).

    The Australian posts to date have been more from the company itself so now the retail distribution channels are getting established to serve demand you will see more sport / lifestyle specific promoters from the obvious places (hiking / skiing / outdoor pursuits/ hunting etc)

    2) they were also putting in place resources to support the targeting of both retail distribution opportunities and larger direct opportunities. By direct my question was based around large organisations like the CFA for example but it seemed the plan was to target also affiliate groups (eg such as large caravaning groups who could assist to monitise their membership base).

    if they are scaling up sales teams this can only bode well for future growth
