Market hating this uncertainty. I'd have rathered a quick no from the government that this prolonged agony, so we could get on with business and have no more question marks lingering (slight hyperbole, a $35M cash injection is obviously preferable). The sooner the case it closed the sooner the share price will begin to slowly trend up. I'm loooooong on this one.
