Good news, sure, but I'd hardly call it a good time to buy. The fact that this news has collapsed the share price shows just how disconnected from reality the average CSS holder is. I'd still bet on CSS being insolvent some time next year, but this is a small ray of hope.
Even if the business continues as a small kingfish producer I'm not sure the share price is justified, and that's best case scenario with a very low likelihood.
