With mediation commencing next week on the first debenture case that they aquired. It's definitely not the time to be selling this one....No guarantees that there will be an immediate agreed settlement amount but from JKL commentary you'd think there is a greater than 50/50 chance of an outcome being achieved and even if it is not achieved the downside is minimal. I suggest any long term holders sit tight just a tad longer.
