I have held SVR for a long time.
With the warehouse style funding, they are borrowing short and lending long fixed for say 3 years.
It will wash out as the new loans are re-priced to reflect higher rates. This may take upto 3 years to run through..
Unfortunately the FY24 and FY25 dividends will drop.
The FY23 dividend at 9c is now yielding 11.75% grossed up with franking credits.
