They've declared a 9c div, clearly they're not worried about needing extra equity in the face of extra bad debts on the horizon. Paying out 19m to shareholders instead of retaining it and slowly buying back stock at 2/3 NTA is strange to me. One explanation is the ceo wants income on his shares instead owning a bit more of the company.
