My mistake, yes its all interest costs below the EBITDA line, D&A is only a around 3m from memory.
Cost funds would be reaching towards 10% again. Margin underneath is now over 4% and could go a little higher to 5%.
Obviously they did not anticipate rates going as high as they have or as you say something else has happened.
